| This is the room everyone wants to book because of its spaciousness, its ensuite with air jet tub and separate shower, not to mention the views overlooking the gardens and pool area to the south as well as a tranquil view of cedars and white pine trees to the north. This room comes complete with satellite T.V., wireless internet, writing desk, Queen size - 4 poster brass bed with pillow top mattress, wool mattress cover and duvet, ironed 400+ thread count sheets, pullout Queen sofa bed, and chair with ottoman. Also provided for your comfort are plush bathrobes, wine glasses, corkscrew, drinking glasses and bottled water, CD player/radio and clock radio with alarm. This room can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably and is the room you won’t want to leave. Keyed entry, coffee/tea bar available to guests/ ensuite with soaker tub and separate shower/air-conditioning/high speed wireless internet. The ensuite features a soaker/air jet tub and a separate glass shower stall. It also affords you with another beautiful view to the north through the large picture window. Lots of plush towels, toiletries, Epson salts and hairdryer are provided for your convenience. This room is a soothing retreat after a very busy day. While staying at Lilac Lane B&B, you also have the use of the pool and 2 private common rooms on the main floor for guests only. Owners have separate living quarters. |

| This room features sloped ceilings and views of the garden and pool area to the south through 2 deep seated windows. It is decorated in a soft butternut taupe and cream with an accent of aqua blue. A luxurious queen bed with padded headboard, pillow top mattress and duvet will make you feel like you are melting into a cloud. Also featured in this room is an electric fireplace and mantle, chaise lounger, T.V. with DVD, high speed wireless internet, bathrobes, wine glasses, drinking glasses, corkscrew and bottled water, clock radio with alarm. Keyed entry, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, coffee/tea bar available to guests. Newly renovated bathroom now features your own 3 piece ensuite with a focal point being the elaborate chandelier and a very large glass shower stall. Toiletries and hair dryer are also included. This is my personal favourite because of its warm, cozy feel to the room. While staying at Lilac Lane B&B, you also have the use of the pool and 2 private common rooms on the main floor for guests only. Owners have separate living quarters. |

| Everyone who has stayed here has commented on these beds. They are very unique and very comfortable. Twin beds with mahogany foot and headboard, this room also features slopped ceilings and is decorated in blues and whites with splashes of yellow. Also included in this room are bathrobes, bottled water, drinking glasses, wine glasses and corkscrew, alarm clock. Keyed entry, air-conditioning, high speed wireless internet, coffee/tea bar available for guests. Private 3 piece bath with glass shower. Newly renovated bathroom features an elaborate chandelier and a very large glass shower stall. Toiletries and hairdryer are also included. | The Dining Room is decorated in reds and cream and is designed to stimulate conversation. While enjoying a full course breakfast, you can gaze out at the rose garden and watch the hummingbirds collect their nectar. |

| Your breakfast will start off with coffee and tea (coffee is available 1 hour prior to breakfast so if you are an early riser, feel free to come down and enjoy that first cup before breakfast). Fresh fruit and yogurt is served next along with a baked good of either muffins, scones (all homemade) or local breads, complimented with homemade preserves. We have many specialties so you will never have the same thing twice. Our repertoire consists of homemade Belgian Waffles, Eggs Benedict, Poached Egg and Asparagus Crepe with Hollandaise sauce or ‘Breakfast In One’, a combination of bacon, egg, cheese, bread and spices baked and served with homemade chili sauce. Of course, you can always ask for a lighter breakfast and we will be more then happy to accommodate you. You may also find something sweet to go along with breakfast such as bread pudding, crepes with fruit compote, coffee cake, banana/blueberry loaf, rhubarb streusel, lemon cake or my fabulous homemade butter tarts. The list goes on but, just know, that you will not go away hungry. If you have friends/relatives that you are visiting and you want to invite them for breakfast, feel free to ask and if there is room, I’d love for them join us. There would be a $10.00/person cost. |
